Scope of Services

This policy covers the following services:

Hardwood flooring installation and maintenance
Stairs and handrail installation and repair
Sanding and refinishing services

Refund Eligibility

Cancellation Prior to Service Commencement:

Full refunds are available for services canceled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled start date.

A 30% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled start date.

Quality Concerns:

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work, please report the issue within [X days] of service completion.

We will first attempt to rectify the issue through repair or rework at no additional cost.
If we are unable to resolve the issue, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion, depending on the extent of the work that needs to be redone.

Non-Refundable Services:

Certain services may be non-refundable due to their custom nature. This includes custom materials ordered or special labor undertaken at the client’s request.
Delayed Services:

In the event of a delay from our end, we will communicate proactively. If the delay is significant, clients may be eligible for a discount or partial refund, at our discretion.
